These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ricksfreightllc.com (the "Website") and the text messaging program operated by Rick's Freight LLC ("Rick's Freight," "we," "us," or "our"), 12 Calavera, Irvine, CA 92606. By using the Website or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS program terms

Program name & description

Rick's Freight LLC Notifications. When you opt in, Rick's Freight LLC may send you text messages related to our freight services, including:

• Transactional messages — quote follow-ups, load and shipment status updates, dispatch notifications, delivery confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer support; and
• Marketing messages (only if you separately opt in) — service announcements, available truck capacity, and special offers.

How to opt in

You may opt in by entering your mobile phone number on the contact form at ricksfreightllc.com/contact.html and checking the box for the type of messages you wish to receive. The consent boxes are not pre-checked and are not required to submit the form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your shipments and requests. Marketing messages are limited to up to 4 messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Rick's Freight LLC does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that sent you a message. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through our Website form.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.

Freight transportation services are governed by the rate confirmation, bill of lading, and any written agreement between you and Rick's Freight LLC for each shipment.
